We have operated continuously under the same family ownership since 1983! Now in our second generation of ownership (Randy and Cindy are now retired and their daughter Jessica is running the shop) we are woman-owned. We attribute the longevity of our business to a time-honored principle: if you provide quality products and superior customer service... long-term relationships develop. All framing work is done on-site, and we stay on top of the latest trends in color and design so that we can give you the best advice possible.
One of the fun things about The FrameSmith is our shop-dog Reggie. We like to say he's our Chief Napping Officer and he takes his job very seriously! His calm demeanor brings joy to everyone that comes in the store and as well as the staff.
