What’s the largest size I can order?
Maximum outer dimensions are 32” x 40” to ensure safe delivery.
What type of glazing is provided?
Choose from various types of Acrylic, including Conservation or Museum grade, lightweight, durable and shatter-resistant.
Can I order components separately?
All orders must include a joined frame; mats and acrylic are optional add-ons.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How do I embed Complete Frame on my website?
Log in at shop.larsonjuhl.com → Digital Tools → Custom Complete Frame to customize and generate your iFrame code.
How are Custom Complete Frame orders processed?
Orders appear in your Custom Complete Frame “View My Designs” with a red “Client” ribbon. Approve by adding to cart and checking out.
Note: Collect customer payment via your POS or invoicing system.
Assembly & Installation
What’s included?
All essential components for easy assembly: joined frame, mats, acrylic, foamboard (if selected).
What tools do I need?
Framing point driver, craft paper, ATG/double-sided tape, hanging hardware, and bumpers.
How do I mount my artwork?
Use conservation corners or tape for paper art (reversible and safe). For float mounts, use the t-hinge method.
How do I secure everything?
Use a point driver every 3 inches. For canvases, use offsets to attach to the float frame.
How do I add a dustcover if desired?
Apply ATG tape, add craft paper, and trim carefully with a blade.
