A Message from the CEO

Larson-Juhl Partners -

Businesses across the country are seeing an increasing number of cyber-attacks and fraudulent activity. These scams are becoming highly sophisticated and it is often difficult to determine that it is in fact a scam until it is too late. At Larson-Juhl, we take this threat seriously and wanted to remind you of a few steps you can take to ensure you do not fall victim to one of these scams.

"Phishing" is the most common type of cyber-attack that affects organizations like ours. Phishing attacks can take many forms, but they all share a common goal – getting you to share or update sensitive information such as login credentials, credit card information, or bank account details. Phishing emails may ask you to follow a link that takes you to an imposter login screen or they may include an attachment or link to a document that is designed to capture your information. These emails may include personal information such as your name and phone number or may mention Larson-Juhl in order to convince you that the email is coming from a legitimate source.

What You Can Do

To avoid these phishing schemes, please observe the following best practices:

    • Do not click on links or attachments from senders that you do not recognize. Be especially wary of .zip or other compressed or executable file types.
    • Do not provide sensitive personal information (like usernames, passwords or corporate/personal financial information) over email.
    • Watch for email senders that use suspicious or misleading domain names.
    • Inspect URLs carefully to make sure they’re legitimate and not imposter sites.
    • Do not try to open any shared document that you’re not expecting to receive.
    • Be especially cautious when opening attachments or clicking links if you receive an email containing a warning banner indicating that it originated from an external source.

Larson-Juhl will never email you about changes in banking information related to your payments. If you receive an email from one of our Team Members informing you that our banking information has changed; please verify that change by phone with a member of our team before updating your payment information.

Do not email payment information (including credit card numbers). If you need to make changes to your payment information, please do so through our website at shop.larsonjuhl.com/customer/managewallet/ or by calling a member of our Credit Team at 1-800-833-0218.

You can also reach the Larson-Juhl Accounts Receivable Department at AccountsReceivable@larsonjuhl.com for other payment inquiries.

Please let us know if you have any questions or if you notice any suspicious activity.

    Regards,
