Congratulations to Malia Bolt from Purple House Gallery, our 2017 Design Star: Framing Edition winner! Malia's winning piece was entered into the Mirror category. The innovative design included 28 small grames placed inside of an oversized large frame. The arrangement was both artisitic and elegant. Installed about a dramatic, large rock fireplace, it defintiely earned its place as the focal point in the room.

6 Ways a Reward Program Could Help Your Business

Have you ever thought about starting a rewards program? These programs offer discounts to clients when they use your service, and the more often they use it, the more savings they receive. For some, this type of program can help their business grow.

Here are some reasons why:

     1.) Rewards programs can increase purchase frequency because clients will get larger savings the more often they purchase frames.

     2.) You can structure the program so clients have an ongoing savings account available for their next purchase. Because of this, they will be less likely to choose another shop, even if that shop is offering a sale.

     3.) A program utilizing an ongoing discount can help you eliminate other discount programs and improve your gross margin.

     4.) Reward programs, which utilize a card that remains with the customer, have the added advantage of becoming a marketing tool for clients when they talk about your business to friends and family.

     5.) You can use the credit balances clients have on file to help close sales when price is an objection. Offer to look up a hesitant customer’s rewards balance to see if that credit will make the difference in closing the sale.  

     6.) Reward programs utilizing electronic database recording can also be used to collect demographic profiles of members, and this can be used to uncover ways of reaching additional clients.
