Larson-Juhl's Ashland, Wisconsin facility is the premier American custom frame manufacturing location. Situated along the shores of Lake Superior, the Ashland, Larson-Juhl facility specializes in crafting American made frames of the highest quality using American hardwoods.

The Ashland facility's commitment to our environment is always top of mind; from having excess wood shavings taken to farms to be used in animal bedding to researching new technologies in frame coatings that create beautiful, rich finishes while not causing harm to our environment.

Larson-Juhl's Ashland facility is also FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification schemes) and SFI (Sustainable Forestry Initiative) certified and many of the American made picture frame products crafted at this facility are certified forest friendly. The raw lumber used in much of the American made custom frame moulding is purchased from North American vendors, each of whom comply with all federal, state and local harvesting guidelines.
